We announce the death of Barbara Alene Prewitt of Kosciusko, Mississippi, who passed away on June 14, 2026, at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Schuler and Alvie Virginia Rasberry Schuler (Vernon Prewitt); and her brother James Schuler. She is survived by: her daughters, Terri McRae of Kosciusko, Amanda Stroud of Renfroe and Andi Harper (Chris) of Starkville, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Bailey McRae, Madison Stroud, Tre Stroud, Spencer Burden, Luke Harper, Ryan Harper and Summer Harper; and her siblings-in-law, Tina Proctor and Tommy Prewitt.
