He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Ray and Betty Jean Moore Edwards; his siblings, Janice Bryant and George Edwards; his daughter Amy Edwards; and his granddaughter Taylor Daniels.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Ray "BJ" Edwards, Jr. (Carlee), Robert Edwards (Monica), Noel Ray Edwards, Betty Wells (Scott) and Khristy Krauzyk (Kyle); and his siblings, William Edwards, Hugh Lee Edwards, James Edwards, Jimmy Edwards, Lola McDaniel and Carolyn Moudy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
