He is survived by: his wife Missy Hembree; his children, Jessica Coffey (Jacob), Jennifer Hawkins (Jake), Julie Hembree (Sean), Jayna Foliz (Nick) and Elishia Hembree; his brother Tim Hembree; and his pet Bella.
