She is survived by: her husband Shannon Spears; her children, Julie Fulgham (Allison), Travis Fulgham (Briana), Timothy Spears (Skylar) and Tyler Spears; her siblings, Marsha Adams (Doug), Nancy Murphy (Patrick), Mandi Gant (Stephen), Allison Kerr and Bo Burchfield (Terri); and her grandchildren, Ellowyn, Isaiah, Portia, Dalton, Paislee, McKinlee, Caleb, Noah, Asher, Marlee and Walker.
