She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy D Cummins and Jennie Bell Lucas Cummins; and her brothers, Percy, Jr. and Ricky. She is survived by: her husband Dewitt Adcock; her children, Kim Alston (Tommy) and Ken Adcock (Tina); her sisters, Drunette Mayo (Clifford), Rita Loftin (Kim), Glenda Hill and Shelia Parenton; and her grandchildren, Morgan Nance (Jesse), Lindsie Jordan (Phillip), Tyler Perry (Brooke), Hope Perry, Harlee Alston (Cody) and Shelby Downs. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
