He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Cardin and John Cardin; his brothers, Eddie, Charles, Reed, Clyde Cardin and Guy Huling; and his siblings' children, Ethan Brackett and Emily Hatcher Lannom.
He is survived by: his caregiver Don Webb; his siblings, Vivian Hatcher (Fred Tew), John, Dennis and Bill Cardin; his siblings' children, Martin Hatcher (Barbara), Jennifer, Garrett, Braden Brackett, Lawford Hatcher, Jimmy and Cora Webb; and his pet Scarlett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
