He is survived by: his wife Peggie Breazeale; his children, Lynn Bozone (Bob) and Jeff Breazeale (Molly); his sister Rita Ann Pettit; and his grandchildren, Matthew Breazeale (Ally Grace) and Anna Elise Breazeale.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested all memorial be made to the Breazeale Cemetery in Kosciusko, Mississippi.
