He is survived by: his wife Jean Plunkett Horne; his children, Charles Horne (Mary Helen), Dewayne Horne and Tina Spears (Chad); his sisters, Anita Horne and Shirley George; and his grandchildren, Mykel Moore, Miranda Moore, Whitney Oliphant, Kelley Halderman, Matthew Moore, Marleigh Brewer (Darren), Blayne Spears and Austyn Spears. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
