He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria McClellan Richardson and Everett Wilson Horne; and his siblings, Ronnie Horne, Linda Harrell and Joyce Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Plunkett Horne; his children, Charles Horne (Mary Helen), Dewayne Horne and Tina Spears (Chad); his sisters, Anita Horne and Shirley George; and his grandchildren, Mykel Moore, Miranda Moore, Whitney Oliphant, Kelley Halderman, Matthew Moore, Marleigh Brewer (Darren), Blayne Spears and Austyn Spears. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Culpepper Funeral Home (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090).
