He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Robertson Harvey; his parents, Vester Harvey and Annie Harvey; and his brother Ray Harvey (Sandra). He is survived by: his friend Kosciusko; his daughter Beth Harvey Uptagrafft; his son-in-law Wendell (Judi Harvey Fike); his grandchildren, John Fike and Kelli Badgett; his brother Pete Harvey; and his sister-in-law Judy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
