He was predeceased by: his parents, George Provis and Evelyn Provis; his siblings, Gwen Provis, Rita Everitt, Graham and Barry Provis; and his son Brian Provis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Provis; his children, Todd Provis (Sandra), Stacy Holland (Mark) and Kim Provis; his grandchildren, Jon Saunders (Katie), Steven Saunders (Mallie), Ella Provis, Jacy Provis, Max Provis and Luzie Provis; and his great grandchildren, Jon Parker Saunders, Liza Kate Saunders, Sarah Saunders and Stevie Saunders.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jordan Funeral Home (855 MS-12, Kosciusko, MS 39090). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at the New Hope Luthran Cemetery.
