He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Mayo and Brenda Mayo; and his siblings, Tommy Mayo (Tara), Shanna Danielle Doty (Oscar) and Ashley Elizabeth Salina (Jimmy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and 1 great niece.
