She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Barnes and Virgie Franklin Barnes; her husband William "Pee Wee" McDaniel; her daughter Billie Gail Busby Morrow; her great grandchild Brandi Morrow Fortner; and her siblings, Danny Barnes, Percy Barnes, Darrell Barnes, Dorothy Barnes, Barbara Barnes and Mary Jewel Barnes.

She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Trimm, Virginia Blaylock (Albert) and Lisa Forrester (James); and her siblings, Ann Sanders (Jerry), Christine McKinnon (Stan), James Barnes (Joy) and J. W. Barnes. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
