She was predeceased by : her husband Kenneth Norwood Lowe, Jr.; her parents, Winford Rigdon and Edith Hyland; and her brother James Rigdon. She is survived by : her children, Jeffrey Lynwood Lowe (Amy) of Pearl, MS and Kristy Leigh Hoyle (Trevor) of Liberty Hill, TX; and her grandchildren, Kara Lynn Lowe, Joshua Parker Lowe, Ashley Noel Lowe and Anna Marie Lowe.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Springdale Baptist Church.
