He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Milton Cook and Josephine Fulcher Cook. He is survived by: his brother Arthur Leon Cook (Jennie) of Kosciusko; his nephews, Arthur Maxwell Cook of Orlando and William Bishop Cook of Jackson; his aunt Julia Fulcher Taylor of Kosciusko; his uncle Wade Cook of Spring Hill, Kansas; and his cousins, Loni Burson, Nic Cook (Tracy), Joyce Olson, Carlene Fulcher-Eaves, Todd Fulcher (Brenda), Chasidy Hathorn (Stan) and Scott White (Mary).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Children's of Mississippi, University of Mississippi Medical Center, or the donor's choice.
