She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Scarborough Ellis and Ruth Hester Ellis; her husbands, Gilbert Dickens and Karl Jones; her siblings, Harford, Stanley Ellis, Mavis Yorke, Edna Hayes and Ruth Ann Oswalt; and her sister-in-law Jennie Swearengen.

She is survived by: her sons, Bain Dickens (Kim), Curtis Dickens (Lesley) and Stan Dickens (Sandy); her grandchildren, Corinne Dickens and Landon Dickens; her sister-in-law Ann Ellis; and her stepdaughter Priscilla Russell (Charlie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
