He is survived by : his son Eric Spears; his daughter-in-law Tammy Spears; his grandson Andrew (Sonya); his siblings, Wayne Greenstock (Sally) of Roxboro, NC and Ann Brightman (John) of Asheville, NC; his niece Jenny; and his nephew Trent.
