Though Philip may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Earl Williams and Lola Esther Smith Williams; and his sister Neva Jean Summerlin (Huey). He is survived by: his wife Mary Williams of Kosciusko, Mississippi; his brother Donald Thomas Williams (Katherine) of Kosciusko, Mississippi; his friends, Larry Stevens, Rita Brown and Henry Brantley; and his caregivers, Tony Brooks, Cheri Vance and Keisha Wilder. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 3 nieces.
