He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. "Buddy" Horn and Violet Horn; and his wife Patricia Horn. He is survived by: his children, Tom Horn (Laura) and Julie Jordan (Jackson); and his grandchildren, Owen, Suzanna Horn, Allie Horn, Julianna Jordan and Jack Jordan.
