He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Munn and Lena Howell Munn (Donna Mangrum); his son Tim Mangrum; and his brother Joe Mangrum. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Curtis (Amy), Wayne Curtis, Gina Mangrum and Katrina Land (Dale). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
