He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Van and Velma Toten Perry (Faye Perry); and his siblings, Myrtie, Judy, Lena, Betty, Jessie, Billy, Everett and Willie Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Perry (Sissy), Teresa Maness (Ricky), Alinda Morris, Cassie Willhite, Delonda Dement Bell and Jean Horne; and his sister Darlene Waddell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
