She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Fogerty and Edwina Arnett Fogerty; and her brother Shaun Fogerty (Shannon) of Bartlett, TN.. She is survived by : her son Charles Adam Shockey (Samantha) of Oakland, TN.; her grandson Caleb Shockey (Caitlin) of Oakland, TN.; her siblings, Daniel Fogerty of Selmer, TN, Virginia Kyle (Larry) of Selmer, TN, Rebecca Tchorz (Steve) of Selmer, TN and Toni Hardin (Jeff) of Henderson, TN.; and her uncles, Ronald Arnett (Connie) and Dr. James Arnett (Linda) of Nashville, TN.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
