He was predeceased by : his parents, Porter Moss and Laura Moss; and his siblings, Helen Campbell, Nell Smart, Genoa Cobo, Julia Idell Metcalfe and Jared Moss.

He is survived by : his wife Brenda Moss; his children, Kelly Moss Billings of Atoka, TN, Angela Copsy of Shelbyville, IL, Krissy Moss Lavelle (Clay) of Munford, TN and Justin B Moss (Kristen) of Lake Cormorant, MS; his siblings, Annette Whitaker of Southaven, MS, Porter Moss of Sentobia, MS and Mark Butler of Hernando, MS; his grandchildren, Maggie Dow (Troy), Will Billings (Taylor), Abigail Valentin (Joshua), Morgan Moss, Easton Lavelle (Maddie), Luke Lavelle, Mallory Moss and Ethan Moss; and his great grandchildren, Elliot Valentin and Kipp Lavelle.
