He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rhaly and Sarah Rhaly; his aunt Ida Kate Harry; and his brother Bryant Rhaly. He is survived by: his wife Donna Allison Rhaly; his children, Julie Tabb (Ricky), Barry Rhaly (Lee Ann), Rhonda Fortune and Apryl Hopkins (Ricky); his grandchildren, Ryan Tabb (Kylie), Sarah Tabb, Katie Rhaly, Ashley Dunn (Richard), Andrew Rhaly (Olivia), Jaxon Fortune and Lynnox Hopkins; and his great grandchildren, Parker Tabb, Lenyx Acord, Ryker Tabb, Raylee Dunn and Wyatt Rhaly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home (6300 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel (6300 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 3:45 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oxford Cemetery (5913 Co Rd 27, Cuba, AL 36907).
The Rhaly Family requests memorials be made as donations to the Oxford Cemetery Fund in lieu of flowers.
