He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline "Noni" Mobley; and his parents, Johnny Mobley, Sr. and Iris Tucker. He is survived by: his children, Delores Vaughn (George), David Windsor (Marla), Judy Wiggins and Tena Palmer; his grandchildren, Shawn Brown, Deanna Wolf (Tim), Jenny Galarza, Heather Reynolds, Richard Brown, Ashley Lewis (Ryan), Natalie Rathbun, Denise Palmer and Caroline Hernandez; and his brother Conner Tucker. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
The Mobley Family suggests memorials be made as donations to Evangel Temple Church in lieu of flowers.
