He is survived by: his wife Amy Royals Welch; his daughter Candis; his son-in-law Jeremy Carter; his children, Anthony Welch (Tony) and Emily Welch; his grandchildren, Noah and Peighton Carter of Laurel, MS; his siblings-in-law, James, Kathy Royals of Mobile, AL, Joyce, Jeff Peters of Meridian, MS and Stacy Royals of Mobile, AL.; his sister Rebecca Welch of Alexandria, VA; his cousin Tracy; his friends, Joey Yelverton, Gary Bryant, Ron McAlpin, Vincente Moncivais, Jacob Carter and Jordan Chamberlin; Maddie of Tylertown, MS and Dave Norris of Decatur, MS.. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
