With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Mixon of Laurel, Mississippi, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clinton'Buddy'Blackledge and Isabell H. Herrington Blackledge; and her son Edward Vincent Mixon. She is survived by: her husband Harold Mixon; her children, Ronnie Fall (Twiggy), Kevin Mixon, Lisa Arrington and Kerry McCoy; her grandchildren, Jessica Brady (Daniel), Charlie Fall (Brianna), Robby Fall (Kenli), Marisa Breazeale and Lee Arrington; and her brothers, Wayne Blackledge (Pat), Roland Blackledge and David Blackledge. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
