He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Holifield and Louise Holifield; and his siblings, James Edward, Thomas Holifield, Doris Buchanan, Francis Hancock, Grace Ellzey, Erma Wade and Betty Jean Holifield.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Donald Holifield; his daughters, Debra Tisdale (Randy) and Teresa Robinson (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Steven Tisdale (Bethany), Christopher Robinson (Carrie), Keri and Marcus Sims; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Hunter, Sadie Tisdale, Fisher and Jackson Robinson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memory Chapel Funeral Home (3100 Audubon Dr, Laurel, MS 39440). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
