We are sad to announce that, on September 11, 2021, at the age of 81, Burlon Ray Roney (Laurel, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Govy Roney and Juanita Sumrall Roney; his sister Helen Miller (James); and his son Kelvin Ray Roney. He is survived by: his brothers, Alfred Roney and J. Brelon Roney (Christa); his children, Kathy Roney Nunnery (Robert) and William Douglas Roney; his grandchildren, Katelyn Roney, Justin Roney, Lenzi Roney, Jacob Roney, Weston Nunnery and Waylon Nunnery; and his great grandchildren, DJ Ducksworth, Arionna Ducksworth, Nevaeh Ducksworth and Lizzy Dean.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salem Heights Baptist Church.
