He is survived by : his wife Joan Thompson; his sons, Gary Thompson of Laurel, MS and Jeff Thompson (Natalie) of Laurel, MS; and his grandchildren, Carla Rounsaville of Ellisville, MS, Jarod Thompson (Holly) of Ellisville, MS, Lindsay Letson (Jared) of Clinton, MS, Lauren Thompson of Laurel, MS, Jamie Walters (Hunter) and LCpl.
