We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2025, at the age of 72, Carol Sue Dykes of Laurel, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther Ray Dykes; and her parents, Howard Brown, Sr. and Carolyn Hollimon Jones. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Hilbun (Chenae) and Jason Hilbun (Karen Blanks); her grandchildren, Holli, Lexi, Libby Hilbun, Brooke and Austin Blanks; her siblings, Mike Jones (Debra), Howard Brown, Jr. and Deborah Parrish; her nephews, Jacob Parrish, Justin Jones and Aaron Findley; and her niece Amber Wohlscheid.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellisville Funeral Home (1204 B Avenue, Ellisville, MS 39437). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
