He was predeceased by: his wife Clarice Wallace Eubanks; his children, Victoria Eubanks Glenn and Ricky Eubanks; his daughter-in-law Mona McPhail Eubanks; and his parents, Noel Eubanks and Ellen Eubanks.
He is survived by: his son Micky Eubanks; his daughter-in-law Ada Szczepaniec; his grandchildren, Will Eubanks, Seneca Courtney (David), Claire Blackwell (Noah), Thomas Glenn (Danielle), Sam Eubanks and Lily Eubanks; and his siblings, John Eubanks (Johnnie), Mildred Barnes (Jimmy) and Fred Eubanks (Wendy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
