He is survived by: his children, Rob Holifield (Christa), Danny Holifield (Darla), Tammy Gilchrist and Deborah Maggart; his sister Ann Holifield Ethridge; his nephews, David and Scott Ethridge; and his close friend Linda Langham. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
