He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel W. Boothe, Sr. and Lettie Davis Boothe; and his wife DeLoris Carter Boothe. He is survived by: his children, Doug Boothe (Angela) and Vicki Andrews (Hal); his grandchildren, Matthew Andrews (Jessica), Corey Boothe, Casey Springer (Kurt), Courtney James (Cameron) and Catie Herrington (Archie); and his great grandchildren, Allison Andrews, Rowan Andrews, Hawk Mobley, Fauna Mobley, Destiny Springer and Ava Herrington.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Heidelberg Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request that donations be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
