He was predeceased by : his mother Eula Nicholson (Blackledge); his daughter Inga Lynn Nicholson; his father David A. "Dave" Nicholson, Sr.; his sister Christine; and his brother-in-law Howard Smith.
He is survived by : his wife Snooky; his children, David (Lauree) and Nancy (Darin); his grandchildren, Sara Williams, Amber Trotter (Will) and Tyler Williams; his great grandchild Jameson Trotter; his brothers, Joe Nicholson (Linda) and Neil Nicholson; his niece Lou Boone; his caregivers, Donna Smith and Judy Smith; his nieces, Rita Carter (Ronnie) and Laura Leigh Brannon Wheat (Wesley); his nephew Buddy Brannon (Renee); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josh Seabrook (Carlee), Brody Smith, Megan Napier (Branden), Shae Jordan (Todd, family: Amber Farmer, Caroline Brannon, Erin Abel), Mason and Garrett Wheat. He is also survived by family, Amber (Brooke) Farmer and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
