As David departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved David. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jones Waters and Arleagtha Waters. He is survived by: his wife Janice D. Jones; his children, Richard Ducksworth, David B. Jones, Anisa Brown and Charlene Pierce; and his siblings, Marvin and Geraldine Baker. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, fourteen great great grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
