He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wheeler and Pebble Wheeler of Fulton, MS; his parents-in-law, Roy K. and Evelyn Hosey of Laurel; and his brother-in-law Wendell Hosey of Laurel.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Wheeler; his children, Dax Wheeler of Laurel and Natalie Duckworth (Jonathan) of Artesia, NM; his grandsons, Reese, Jax and Axl Duckworth; his sister-in-law Barbara Hosey; and his nephews, Shawn and Dillon Hosey.
