He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Lovett Oswalt of Laurel, MS; his children, David Oswalt, Jr., James Daniel Oswalt and Angela Coker (Ryan); his brothers, Curtis Goff and Jerry Oswalt (Susan); his grandchildren, Ryan Phillips (Jessica) and Christian Hancock (Dalton); and his great grandchildren, Nolan Phillips, Lennon Phillips, Blaise Hancock and Tatum Hancock.
