He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Guy T. Haltom and Elsie Haltom; and his brother Guy T. Haltom III. He is survived by: his wife Jean King Haltom; his children, Jayne Haltom Goodman (Matthew) of Houston, TX, Dayne Haltom, Jr. (Elisha) of Laurel, MS and Ann Rainey Haltom Propst (Charles) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Elle, Gwen Goodman, Devon Haltom, Louis and Gwendolyn Propst; his sister Kathy Haltom (Shelley Vandegrift) of Santa Fe, NM; and his siblings-in-law, Kay, Lewis Hall of Sarasota, FL and Gigi Haltom of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials may be sent to MD Anderson for Cancer Research in Houston, TX, Lauren Rogers Museum of Art in Laurel, MS, or to givers' charity of choice.
