She was predeceased by : her parents, Horace Edward Phillips and Dorothy Jewel Stringer Phillips; her sister Barbara Ainsworth; and her husband Orval Glen Davis. She is survived by : her daughters, Kayla Ann Davis (Mitchell Thornhill) and Emma Peacock (Brian Floyd); her grandson James Lee Thornhill; and her siblings, Dianne Golden, Helen O'Neal, Tommy Phillips (Carla) and Dago Phillips. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
