He is survived by: his wife Betty McIntosh Holifield; his daughters, Cindy Holifield and Tara Byrd (Daren); his sister Rachel Byrd; and his pet Rose. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Union Line Cemetery.
