She was predeceased by : her husband Joe Dewitt Myrick; her parents, William Reese Sr. and Mary Olivia Boone; her brother William Reese Boone; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Boone.

She is survived by : her daughters, Donna Reese Myrick McClendon (Bill), Linda Kay Myrick Stevens (Jeff) and Joanne Myrick Blalock (Kim). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
