He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Giles and Mary Elizabeth Evans Giles; and his siblings, Bill Giles, Katherine Giles Davis, Louise Giles Brown, Ouida Giles McLaughlin and Voncile Giles Holland.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda Sinclair Giles of Laurel, MS; his children, Marlon Giles of Waynesboro, MS and Michele Giles of Houston, TX; his stepchildren, Matt Everette of Laurel, MS and Angie Fletcher (Wayne) of Laurel, MS; and his stepgrandchildren, Kate Fletcher and Samuel Fletcher.
