He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Maxine Johnson, Jack and Eloise Gunn. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Stephen Johnson (Rhonda Johnson) and Mary Gunn Johnson; and his sisters, Teresa Buxton (William), Elizabeth (Philip) of Mahy and Dr. Margaret Leefe (Eric). He is also survived by six nieces and two nephews.
