He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin R. Beard and Gladys Lucille Cooley Beard; and his brothers, Autry L. Beard and James Terry Beard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ishee Beard of Laurel; his brother Timothy T. Beard of Collins; his sister-in-law Evelyn Beard of Laurel; and his daughter Aimee Danielle Dyess (Michael) of Laurel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
