It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hartley B. Phillips (Laurel, Mississippi), who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Flem Phillips and Etta Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Marie Phillips; his siblings, James Phillips, Don Phillips, Catherine Walters and Rachel Bell; and his children, Lynn Herrington (Terry), Janet Smith (Randy), Harvey Phillips (Diane), Harlon Phillips (Joan), Paul Phillips (Joan) and Michael Phillips (Gina). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
