He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Ott" Wedgeworth and Katie Esther Wedgeworth; and his siblings, Lettie Jewel, Lellia Mae, Linda Faye (Johnnie), L. V., Arthur Ray (Pug) and Glenn.
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Fortenberry Wedgeworth; his children, Michelle Wynn (Joseph), Melanie Wedgeworth of Soso, MS and Howard C. "Clay" Wedgeworth, Jr. (Carissa) of Lucedale, MS; his grandsons, Nicholas Clayton, Nathan Howell Wedgeworth of Lucedale, Josh Wynn and Mark Mason III (Amber); his siblings, Patsy McLaurin and Harry Wedgeworth; and his niece Tracy Carter (Darrell).
