He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Chandler and Lela Chandler; and his siblings, Rayburn Chandler, Dennis Chandler, Ruby Livingston, Linda Jackson and Maxine Dunston.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye Sanders; his sons, Kyle and Richard (Rovilla); his grandchildren, Jacob and Arabella; and his siblings, Shirley Rush, Dean Chandler and Michael Chandler.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sharon Cemetery (4375 Sharon Rd, Laurel, MS 39443).
