It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack D. Williamson (Laurel, Mississippi), who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Mae Williamson and Lawrence Eastman Williamson; his stepmother Jewel Pickering Williamson; and his siblings, Frank Williamson Sr., Carlos Williamson and Winnie Thrash.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Williamson; his children, Kevin Williamson (Rhonda L.) and Rhonda C. Miller (Wendell); and his grandchildren, Katelyn Williamson and Ty Colvin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
