He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Hodge, Brent Hodge, Joyce Jean Berendzen and Jackie Jones; his wife Peggy Joyce Hodge (Holifield); his sons, Jack R. Hodge (Rickey) and Jonathan Lewis Hodge (Mary Ann); his siblings, Eva Parker (Tommy) and Kent Hodge (Shelley); his siblings-in-law, Brenda Holifield, Lewis Butch Holifield (Gemma) and James Easterling (Jim); his grandchildren, Joseph Ethan Hodge (Emily), Wyatt Lee Hodge, Elizabeth Abbygail Hodge and Bailey Katherine Hodge; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn Belle Hodge, Jameson R. Hodge and Corinna N. Hodge. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and good friends.
