He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Anderson (Buck) and Wilma Frank Grissom Anderson of Stringer, MS; and his sisters, Nancy Spradley of Laurel, MS and Susan Brewer of Ft. Walton, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Jane Anderson; his children, Anna Marie Penton of Stringer, James Lee Hosey of Sandersville and Jason Anderson (Penny) of Laurel, MS; his stepsons, Joe Holmes (Tammy) of Laurel, MS, Steve Holmes of Laurel, MS and Randy Holmes (Cheryl) of Laurel, MS; and his siblings, Betty Anderson of Stringer, MS, Margaret Carter (Bill) of Stringer, MS, Johnny Anderson (Myra) of Bay Springs, MS and Ken Anderson of Stringer, MS. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
At Buddy's request, his body will be donated to Genesis Legacy Whole Body. Donation Foundation for the advancement of medical education and research.
